So, shall we begin? Think of a particularly joyful event in your life and reflect on it for a moment. How did it feel? Did it make you feel giddy with excitement, or did it fill you with laughter? To me, the meditative process of coloring mandalas is a tool that can bring me to positivity, or to any positive emotion, like happiness. When I get caught up in the stresses of life, I just sit down in a quiet area and grab my mandala coloring pages. Looking at the circular sphere of the mandala instantly calms me down and relaxes me.
I think of this circle as a total expression of me. Sometimes I color my mandala to express how I’m feeling in the moment, and other times I color it to express how I want to feel, which is happy and peaceful. I also use my mandala and my colors as healing tools—as affirmations of the way I see my future unfolding, which is in a blissful and happy state of being.
What I know for certain is that, when I create my mandala color pages, I am expressing who I am in the subtlest way, and, at the same time, in the most profound way. And, I know that I am healing myself through the process of self-expression – and that others will receive benefits too when they color this mandala.
How to Color Your Mandala and Sing Your Future Story

Nonetheless, the beauty of living as human beings is in the richness of our experiences—our stories. And, it’s also in our ability to visualize, dream, and imagine.
So, in your mind’s eye, let’s imagine you’re seeing a snapshot of your future story. It might be fulfilling a passion or a life’s purpose, or simply living a rich and full life that’s filled with happiness. No matter what your future story is, know that it’s a vision of what you desire—of what you hold in your heart.
